A: The frequency depends on the pest issue and your location. Generally, regular treatments every 3-6 months are recommended for preventive maintenance.
We specialize in using low impact, plant based products, that are family and pet friendly.
All of our services include exterior with interior treatment at no additional cost. The majority of our customers find that exterior maintenance keeps their home protected, but we are happy to treat the inside your home and/or garage whenever you would like.
For general pest service you can be home and do your normal activities. The technician will work around you and your family. For extra precaution, we recommend for children under 2, those who are pregnant, and those with breathing difficulties being out of the home for 1 – 2 hours during the service.
All our recurring services includes a full guarantee on the covered pests. Just give us a call, text, or email and we will gladly come out as soon as possible to re-service those areas at no extra charge.
If you are seeing pests or even an increase right after your treatment that is normal. That typically means the product is working and they are trying to get away from our product. Our products take about 2-5 days to take effect. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our technican will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.

Your Initial Treatment and inspection typically take between 30-45 minutes with 1 technician. If there are two techs it will take between 25-35 minutes. Reoccurring services take between 15-25 minutes. Interior services take around 10-15 mintues.
No need to be home during your service if you are not seeing any bugs on the inside. Just make sure to leave the gate unlocked and the technician will do the full outside service for you and they’ll make sure to lock the gate back up for you. If you are wanting any inside services done or the inside of the garage you will need to be home.

We will reach out to you through your email roughly a week before we plan on coming out to do your service. On top of that we will send you a follow up email 1-3 days before your service as well via email. If you have any questions reach out to us. There is also an email sent to you when you first get set up with us letting you know the months of your service.
Our general pest service targets the most common pests that try to come into your home. This includes most ants, american roaches, waterbugs, silverfish, earwigs, pantry moths, crickets, spiders, and etc. Please refer to our pest library for all the bugs we treat or reach out to us if you have any specific questions.
